Autumn 2003 |
The glasshouse exterior is complete. There is still much internal work to be done, including finding the right radio gear to replicate the original installation.
|
A couple of pictures from the autumn events. The 'I' on the wall has been repainted in yellow.

| The following two pictures show two Nissen huts, donated to the RTA by Mr & Mrs Shaw of Stanton. We have dismantled them and most of the structure is now at the Tower site. We are currently debating their future use and the likelihood is that one will be used as a toilet block, with the other used for storage space. |

|
| Other winter work that needs to be undertaken this year includes more preservative to be applied to the eucalyptus wooden floor, the building of display consoles for radio gear, painting of various parts of the Tower building and further attention to the windows. Anyone that would like to help would be more then welcome! |
