29-03-98 The East wall, showing the balcony which had new supports installed in 1998

07-11-99 1999 saw the painting of all the exterior walls. Here, the windows can be seen covered up, and the sign above the door is removed, for the painting to take place.

1999-2000 The painting is finally finished! Trucks are parked near the South side of the Tower on an open day. The North-Western corner. The South-Western corner.
