_______(1) Full member, with entitlement to vote on issues at the Annual General Meeting, at an annual subscription rate as agreed at the AGM each year. I am age 18 or over and enclose an initial subscription of £15.00.

_______(2) Family membership, with entitlement for each family member (aged 18 or over) to vote on issues at the Annual General Meeting, at an annual subscription rate as agreed at the AGM each year. I understand that the membership applies only to members of my family resident at the address below and enclose an initial subscription of £25.00.

_______(3) Life member with entitlement to vote on issues at the AGM. I am aged 18 or over and enclose a lifetime subscription of £125.00.

_______(4) I do not with to join the RTA at present but would like to support them by making a donation of £_______ to assist with furtherance of their aims and ambitions.
